Keeping prices down - through having no need for a developer profit and the opportunity to see land gifted or conveyed at reduced cost given our charitable aims.
Our hope and expectation is for New Roots and other community led housing groups across the North of Tyne to continue to develop and grow to see many more homes built in this way.
